Delete your SupMup account

You can do this yourself, from inside the app, at any time. No email required and nothing to wait for.

In the app

Open SupMup and make sure you are signed in.
Go to the Profile tab.
Tap Edit profile.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
Confirm. You will be signed out once it is done.

What gets deleted

Your profile — name, picture, bio and lifetime totals
Every session you recorded, including routes, stats and photos
Every comment and like you made, anywhere in the app
Every comment and like other people made on your sessions
Your sign-in credential

This is immediate and permanent. There is no grace period, no archived copy and no way for us to restore an account once it is gone. Save anything you want to keep — share cards, photos — before you start.

What may remain

Anonymous, aggregated analytics that cannot be traced back to you.
Photos you had already shared publicly may persist in the caches of services that fetched them, or in copies other people saved, for a period outside our control. See the note about photo links in the privacy policy.
Records of moderation decisions — the account id, a timestamp and a category. These contain no image and no personal detail beyond the identifier.

If you cannot use the app

If you have lost access to your device or cannot sign in, email astrobeastco@gmail.com from the address associated with your Google sign-in and we will delete the account for you. Please allow a few days for a reply — the app is run by one person.
